Got the runaround from Mtn Chevy. Among various miscommunication issues the biggest issue was telling my wife and kids that you were working on her key and tumbler (8:30am) when in fact you were not. My wife and kids waited around at the dealer, then around Glenwood, only to get no response when calling to inquire. When I got to the dealer it was noon and was admitted to that the tumbler had just been taken in the back to be looked at. I mean come on guys, how rude, just tell the truth there is no need for lying to a mom and her kids. The keyed tumbler was picked up at 2:00pm. I imagine you thought you could just keep not answering my wife at that point and all would be ok. This struggle could have been avoided when I brought the key in and was turned away a week before. The service writers saying I needed the car present to match the tumbler to the key, which was a false statement. All of this was over a relatively simple job you guys were hired for. I cannot imagine what a serious repair would look like from Mtn Chevy, but I can say for sure, I will never know.
