Sammy was at the door and had it opened right as soon as I pulled up came and got me checked in quickly gave me updates as well as Rosa did to. Good customer service and friendly staff!

Courteous professional experience

While we were traveling to a doctor's appointment in Denver, smoke filled the cab of our Duramax Silverado. We pulled into Mountain Chevrolet. Sammy was our service manager and had our vehicle pulled in, inspected and issue resolved within 2 hours, and at no cost. Best service we ever had from a dealership. Thanks to all involved in getting us back on the road so quickly.

Great customer service and thoughtful explanation of the issues

The day of the service went well. The technician was quite friendly and attentive. The problem is the days after the service. I need to replace two tire pressure sensors on the front. I paid for them in advance. They said they didn't have them in stock at the time. They called me three days later, but the person who called didn't even know why they were calling me. They said they would check with the parts department to find out, and a week later, I'm still waiting to hear about the status of the service to replace my sensors.

They know how to take care of the customer and follow-up on tasks.

Chris in service is wonderful! He takes great care of you and communicates well while my vehicle is in the shop. He understands how important it is to get my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible.

Everyone was very helpful and fast.
