We were traveling through the area and had a check engine light come on on one of the mountain passes. Hauling a trailer we were concerned and pulled into to have it looked at. Norton and the rest of the crew at Mountain Chevy did a great job of figuring out the issue and getting us know our way. Thanks!

I am from Pittsburgh Pa. and travel every year to Carbondale Colorado for a hunting trip, we noticed an engine code a few days before our trip home and planned to get it serviced upon return home at my dealer, well that didn't work the truck informed me that I would be going into limp mode in 98 miles and we have around 1650 miles or so back with an Elk , Deer, and bear thawing in the 26 foot trailer with all our gear, Sammy and the crew got us in right away and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part a nock sensor which unfortunately was not available for two days, , as soon as it came in they called and got us in and back on the road, they even drove us down the road to have breakfast while we waited. Everyone at Mountain Chevrolet was great and made me feel like it was my local dealership.

I had an amazing sales rep. He had the best communication took initiative explained everything great was wonderful to work with but everything else was absolutely horrible

They tried to make me do maintenance that my truck didn't need for an exaggeratedly high price.

It was a great experience. Norton was super great. Went out his way to make sure we were provided with the service that was required to do by the GM protocol.

Rose is absolutely the best. There needs to be more like her. She is friendly, works really hard and is motivated to help customers.

It was smooth and easy

Mountain did a great job getting me back on the road. This was a GM created problem, an over the air update that went bad. In the future GM should notify us when an update is scheduled. I’m afraid to take my car anywhere and find it dead. You need to fix this.
