Super friendly and supportive staff

It took nearly 4 hours for a scheduled oil change with tire rotation, lack of communication, did not fill washer fluid, over sold “needed” services, advised that at less than 7500 miles I was in need of both cabin and engine air filters, what a joke

We were traveling when we had electrical issues and they were able to get us worked and a new part installed.

Everyone in service always so friendly

Was not impressed with scheduling of service appointments. An appointment should mean a time alloted for them to look at the vehicle, not a time to drop it off for several days. I do not believe their diagnosis was accurate. They got the check engine light to go off while it was in the shop, but recommended a full ECM reflash for $400 and new rear rotors for $900 (nothing to do with appointment, and nothing wrong with them at all besides some dust from a dirt road. Will not go back and will recommend other avoid them like the plague...
